Staying in the Penthouse suite across the road from the hotel was a banging experience. The rooms were nicely decorated with good taste. The service, from the welcoming staff to the spotless room service, was top-notch for a downtown hotel. The location, while perfect and convenient for walking around the city, did have a slight issue with the smell of cigarette smoke nearby. The dining experience was good, especially the standard continental breakfast and English Tea, despite some items being limited. Overall, a pleasant stay.
